Authors who wish to have their English-language papers indexed in IEEE Xplore are kindly requested to complete the relevant payment no later than 25 October 2026 (4 Aban 1405). To proceed, please log in to the conference registration system, navigate to the “Additional Services” section, select the IEEE Xplore indexing service, and complete the payment. Important Notice: Only papers whose authors have registered for the conference and presented their papers at the conference will be eligible for IEEE Xplore indexing. Payment of the indexing fee alone does not guarantee indexing. All papers must also comply with the applicable IEEE publication and indexing requirements. Once your payment has been received and confirmed by the conference secretariat, you will be able to proceed with the remaining steps of the indexing process. Please ensure that your payment is completed by the stated deadline.
