Please read the following guidelines carefully before preparing and submitting your paper.
1. Preparing Your Paper
Prepare your manuscript using the official conference template (Persian or English), available on the conference website.
Papers must follow the formatting instructions provided in the template.
The maximum paper length is 8 pages.
Additional page charges apply for papers exceeding the standard page limit (starting from Page 6 for Persian papers and Page 5 for English papers).
2. Paper Submission
Papers must be submitted only through the conference submission system:https://icbme.iut.ac.ir
Papers submitted via email will not be accepted.
Please submit your paper before the submission deadline.

3. Important Dates
Paper Submission opens: 22 July, 2026
Paper Submission Deadline:22 August,2026
Please refer to the Important Dates section of the conference website for all submission, review, and camera-ready deadlines.
Authors are strongly encouraged not to wait until the final days before submission.
4. Paper Information
For all submitted papers (Persian and English):
The paper title, abstract, and keywords must be entered in English in the submission system.
For Persian papers, the English title, abstract, and keywords must also be included in the manuscript.
These English versions will be used directly in the conference proceedings and electronic publications without further editing.
5. Author Information
When submitting a paper:
Select the correct paper language (Persian or English).
Enter the full name, affiliation, and email address of every author accurately.
Do not create duplicate user accounts for authors who already have an account in the conference system.
Important: Incorrect author information may result in exclusion of the paper from the conference program and proceedings.
6. Required Submission Files
Authors must upload:
PDF version of the paper
Microsoft Word version of the paper
The PDF file must be submitted in two versions:
Version including author names
Anonymous version for peer review
All submission requirements must be observed.
7. Paper Submission Authorization
If the submitting author is not the corresponding author, a completed and signed Paper Submission Authorization Form (Persian or English), signed by all authors, must also be submitted.
8. Review Policy
Each author may submit a maximum of 8 papers.
All papers undergo peer review.
Conference reviewers receive no remuneration for reviewing papers.
Review papers, survey papers, and tutorial papers are not accepted. Only original research papers presenting novel scientific contributions will be considered for review.
9. Registration Fees
The conference registration fee is payable only after paper acceptance and before submission of the final manuscript.

Before Acceptance
Pay only the review fee.
Do not pay the registration fee before the review results are announced.
After Acceptance
The review fee will be deducted from the registration fee.
The remaining registration fee must be paid according to the announced fee schedule.
For additional accepted papers by the same author, an additional registration fee of 9,000,000 IRR applies per paper.
10. Paper Presentation
Acceptance certificates will be issued only for papers that are presented at the conference.
Authors must upload the required presentation file (PowerPoint) through the conference system before the announced deadline.
11. Presenter Requirements
The presenter must be one of the authors.
If the corresponding author is unable to attend, another co-author may be designated as the presenter through the conference system after paper acceptance.
If none of the authors can attend the conference, authors are advised not to submit the paper or pay the review fee.
12. Eligibility
For papers submitted to the Iranian Conference on Biomedical Engineering, at least one author must be a university faculty member.
13. Paper Withdrawal Policy
If a paper is withdrawn after the review process has begun, or if it fails to comply with the conference submission requirements, it will be removed from the conference program.
The review fee is non-refundable.
14. Payment Confirmation
After completing the payment, authors must send the payment details to the Conference Secretariat by email.
The account will be activated for submission of the final manuscript after payment verification.
