Groups of more than 10 participants are eligible for a discount of up to 20%.
Important Notes:
Accommodation and Meals: Expenses for accommodation (if requested) and additional meals are calculated separately during registration. Attendees can choose between student meals and special conference catering.
Conference Meals: The registration fee includes one special conference lunch on the opening day. The cost of any additional meals requested by the attendee will be charged at the time of registration.
Page Charges:
Persian Papers: Papers exceeding six pages (up to a maximum of 8 pages) will incur an additional charge of 1,500,000 IRR per extra page, which will be added to the invoice.
English Papers: Papers are limited to 5 pages. Extensions up to a maximum of 8 pages are permitted, subject to an additional fee of 2,500,000 IRR per extra page.
Non-Author Registration: The registration fee for attendees without paper submissions includes full access to all specialized sessions, panel discussions, and keynote lectures, as well as conference refreshments and a copy of the conference proceedings (booklet).
