Welcome to the 33rd National and 11th International Iranian Conference on Biomedical Engineering (ICBME 2026), which will be held on November 18–19, 2026, under the support of the Iranian Society for Biomedical Engineering and hosted by Isfahan University of Technology.
For more than three decades, the Iranian Conference on Biomedical Engineering has served as one of the nation's premier scientific forums, bringing together academics, researchers, clinicians, engineers, industry leaders, and students to exchange knowledge, share innovative research, and create opportunities for collaborations that advance biomedical engineering and healthcare technologies.
As biomedical engineering continues to make significant contribution to modern healthcare through advances in areas such as artificial intelligence, digital health, medical imaging, medical devices, and data-driven clinical decision-making, the field is playing an increasingly important role in shaping the future of healthcare. Reflecting these exciting developments, the central theme of this year's conference is "Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health in Biomedical Engineering." This theme highlights the growing impact of intelligent technologies on healthcare delivery, diagnostics, personalized medicine, medical devices, and patient care.
