The weekly meetings of the Executive Committee for the 33rd National and 11th International Conference on Biomedical Engineering of Iran (ICBME 2026) are being held at Isfahan University of Technology (IUT) to review operational progress and coordinate various aspects of the conference.
As part of the Secretariat’s ongoing planning for this scientific event, weekly sessions are being held with the attendance of key committee members. The primary objective of these meetings is to review progress reports from various sub-committees and ensure that all operational activities remain aligned with the established timelines.
During these sessions, Executive Committee members discuss current procedures, with particular emphasis on managing registration protocols, the paper submission process, and the essential infrastructure required for hosting the event. Furthermore, given the conference’s special focus on “Artificial Intelligence and Digital Health,” operational planning for specialized workshops and scientific panels is being rigorously reviewed.
Establishing precise coordination between the scientific and executive committees to ensure well-organized services for all participants is a top priority for the Secretariat at this stage. These meetings will continue regularly to monitor assigned tasks and address any potential challenges leading up to the conference.
