Following the ongoing planning initiatives by the Secretariat of the 33rd National and 11th International Conference on Biomedical Engineering of Iran (ICBME 2026), a series of weekly executive committee meetings were held. The primary objectives of these sessions were to review the current status of data uploads, advance secretariat operations, and ensure seamless coordination between various executive departments.
These meetings, attended by the heads of the respective committees, are convened to monitor the progress of activities and ensure that all tasks are being executed according to the established timeline. During these sessions, reports from various departments regarding content uploads, the completion of required information, and inter-departmental coordination were thoroughly reviewed.
The committee members emphasized the necessity of precision in data entry and uploading, consistent follow-up on assigned tasks, and the proactive resolution of potential obstacles. Given the progression toward the upcoming phases of the conference, maintaining rigorous coordination between the scientific and executive committees remains a top priority for the Secretariat.
According to the Secretariat’s decision, these weekly meetings will continue on a regular basis until all executive processes are completed and the conference is fully prepared for commencement.
