As part of the ongoing planning and executive coordination for the 33rd National and 11th International Iranian Conference on Biomedical Engineering (ICBME 2026), a coordination meeting of the Executive Committee was held with the participation of committee members and representatives responsible for various sections of the conference.
The meeting was held to review the progress of executive activities, strengthen coordination among different sections, and follow up on matters related to the organization of the conference. During the meeting, the latest status of completed and ongoing activities was reviewed, and representatives of various sections presented reports on the progress of their assigned responsibilities and planned activities.
The meeting also addressed a range of issues, including planning for upcoming activities, following up on outstanding tasks, coordination among the scientific, executive, and communications teams, as well as the need to accelerate the necessary preparations for the effective and well-organized organization of the conference.
Members of the Executive Committee emphasized the importance of continuous coordination among the different sections, close follow-up of ongoing activities, and the timely implementation of planned tasks. It was agreed that the necessary measures would continue to be carried out in accordance with the Secretariat’s schedule.
These coordination meetings will continue as part of the ongoing assessment of activities, the identification and resolution of potential challenges, and efforts to ensure full preparedness for the successful organization of the 33rd National and 11th International Iranian Conference on Biomedical Engineering.
