Coordination Meeting Held for the Executive and Student Committees of the 33rd National & 11th International ICBME
The primary objectives of the meeting were to review the latest planning progress, distribute executive tasks, and enhance student engagement in the conference organization process.
This session was held as part of the ongoing series of coordination meetings between the various organizing bodies of the conference. During the meeting, members of the Executive and Student Committees reviewed the preparation status of various conference segments, discussed progress reports, and explored strategies to improve synergy between executive teams and student volunteers.
Strengthening the Student Committee’s Role
A significant portion of the session focused on the importance of active student participation in national and international scientific events. Recognizing the immense capacity of students in areas such as operations, outreach, academic support, and event management, the committee emphasized the need for more structured organization of the Student Committee's activities and clearly defined roles for its members. It was resolved that comprehensive training and coordination programs will be implemented to prepare student staff for various operational tasks.
Coordinating Operational and Support Processes
Another key focus was the synchronization of workflows across executive committees, including registration, public relations, operational support, guest relations, and the planning of scientific sessions. The session addressed strategies to enhance cohesion among teams, accelerate administrative procedures, and elevate the quality of services provided to conference attendees.

Concluding the session, members emphasized the necessity of ongoing interaction between the Executive and Student Committees. It was agreed that regular coordination meetings will be held to monitor and guide the conference preparation process systematically.
