As part of the ongoing planning activities of the Secretariat of the 33rd National and 11th International Conference on Biomedical Engineering of Iran (ICBME 2026), a coordination meeting of the Executive Committee was held with the participation of members and representatives from the conference’s various departments.
The meeting was convened to review the latest status of executive activities, assess the progress of Secretariat operations, and strengthen coordination among the different committees. During the session, members presented reports on completed tasks, the status of information completion and uploading, communication activities, and responsibilities currently in progress. The participants also discussed the timeline for upcoming activities, the allocation of responsibilities, follow-up on outstanding tasks, and the resolution of potential challenges. The Executive Committee emphasized the importance of accuracy in carrying out assigned duties, proper registration and uploading of information, and continuous collaboration among the scientific, executive, and communications committees. According to the Secretariat’s decision, these coordination meetings will continue on a weekly basis to monitor progress and ensure full preparedness for the successful organization of the conference.
